  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 shortbread cookies, crushed
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup melted chocolate (milk or dark)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Drop a tablespoon of peanut butter into the center.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top (if using).
  5. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds until the cake is set.
  6. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of 2 jars.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  9. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker layer.
  10. Top with fruit jam or fresh berries.
  11. In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
  12. Stir in heat-treated flour and milk until dough forms.
  13. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  14. Roll into bite-sized balls and enjoy immediately.
  15. Toss strawberries with sugar in a bowl and let them sit for a minute to release their juices.
  16. In a separate bowl, mix whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  17. Layer crushed shortbread cookies, strawberries, and whipped cream in serving glasses.
  18. Repeat the layers and top with extra strawberries.
  19. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  20. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  21. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  22. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
