Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Coat with panko breadcrumbs if using.
  3. Lightly spray tenders with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
