- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Coat with panko breadcrumbs if using.
- Lightly spray tenders with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
