Description

A crispy and indulgent air-fried snack that combines tangy pickles with a rich, creamy cheese filling, all without deep frying.


Ingredients

  • 6 large pickles (dill or preferred variety)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • Olive oil spray (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Cut each pickle lengthwise and scoop out the insides using a spoon.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each hollowed-out pickle, packing it tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the stuffed pickles with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for a minute before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling. To make keto-friendly, use low-carb cheese and omit breadcrumbs if adding.
