A crispy and indulgent air-fried snack that combines tangy pickles with a rich, creamy cheese filling, all without deep frying.

- 6 large pickles (dill or preferred variety)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- Olive oil spray (for cooking)
Instructions
- Cut each pickle lengthwise and scoop out the insides using a spoon.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into each hollowed-out pickle, packing it tightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the stuffed pickles with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a minute before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling. To make keto-friendly, use low-carb cheese and omit breadcrumbs if adding.
