- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos or graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a pie pan to create the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Melt the marshmallows with milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Blend the softened cream cheese into the cooled marshmallow mixture until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and red food coloring, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the peppermint filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed candy canes, and decorate with optional chocolate shavings or sprinkles before serving.
