Description

A delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the buttery, flaky texture of crescent roll dough. Perfect for brunches, family gatherings, or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, pinching the seams together.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Unroll the second package of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer, pinching the seams together.
  6. Brush the top with melted butter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
