- Roll up the bread slices tightly, securing the ends if necessary.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring full coating.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll-ups for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
