- 1/4 cup buttermilk

- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage, shred the carrots, and mince the onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, and onions in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to let the flavors meld.
- Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.
Notes
