Description

Crab Rangoon Pizza is the ultimate fusion of two favorites: the creamy, savory flavors of Crab Rangoon and the crispy, cheesy goodness of pizza. A must-try for seafood and pizza lovers alike!


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (real or imitation)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup fried wonton strips
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Roll out pizza dough onto a floured surface and transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with garlic powder and soy sauce until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Top with crab meat, shredded mozzarella, and fried wonton strips.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, add additional fried wonton strips after baking. Adjust the sweetness or spice of the chili sauce based on preference.
