- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add chopped ham and shredded cheese, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
