Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Sandwich buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, additional shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon (if using).
  3. Pour in the chicken broth to keep the chicken moist during cooking.
