- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Sandwich buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, bacon, avocado
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, ranch dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and mix with the remaining sauce.
- Spoon onto sandwich buns, add toppings of choice, and serve.
Notes
For a spicier version, add buffalo sauce or chopped jalapeños. To prevent dryness, ensure you cook on low heat and add extra chicken broth if needed.
