Description

A simple and flavorful Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwich recipe featuring slow-cooked chicken infused with creamy ranch seasoning, perfect for busy families and meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Sandwich buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, bacon, avocado

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, ranch dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and mix with the remaining sauce.
  6. Spoon onto sandwich buns, add toppings of choice, and serve.

Notes

For a spicier version, add buffalo sauce or chopped jalapeños. To prevent dryness, ensure you cook on low heat and add extra chicken broth if needed.
