Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage (ground or sliced)
- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Spread frozen hashbrowns evenly on the bottom.
- Add sausage on top of the hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk.
- Pour the mixture over the sausage and hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, use plant-based sausage. Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
