- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
- For the cheese sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add heavy cream, and slowly whisk in shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Lay out a large flour tortilla and add a generous portion of beef, crumbled bacon, and a drizzle of cheese sauce.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
- Toast the burrito in a skillet until golden brown on all sides.

Notes
