A quick and easy crustless quiche that forms its own crust while baking, making it perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.

- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk (or heavy cream)
- 1 cup Bisquick (or self-rising flour)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
- ½ cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
- ½ cup vegetables (spinach, onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in cheese, cooked bacon or ham, and vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add extra veggies. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free flour blend instead of Bisquick.
