Delicious, bite-sized banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust, creamy banana filling, and fresh banana slices—no baking required!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups whipped cream (or non-dairy whipped cream)
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- Optional: chocolate shavings, whipped cream, or toffee bits for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini tart pans or a muffin tin to form crusts.
- In another bowl, whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Layer banana slices over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon the vanilla pudding over the banana slices, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and optional chocolate shavings.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and non-dairy pudding. To prevent bananas from browning, brush with a little lemon juice.
