- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add egg noodles and stir to coat. Cover and let cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, tossing to combine.
