This One-Pan Chicken with Creamy Buttered Noodles is a comforting and flavorful dish that combines juicy chicken, rich buttered noodles, and a creamy Parmesan sauce—all made in a single pan for easy cleanup!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add egg noodles and stir to coat. Cover and let cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into the sauce.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, tossing to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
