Description

Crispy pizza rolls coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese—perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 frozen pizza rolls (cheese or pepperoni)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen pizza rolls using your preferred method (air fryer, deep frying, or oven baking):
  2. Air Fryer: Preheat to 390°F (199°C). Cook for 4 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. Deep Fry: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Fry pizza rolls for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Oven Bake: Follow the package instructions, typically baking at 425°F (218°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  6. Toss the hot pizza rolls in the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture before tossing.
