- 3–4 ripe peaches (peeled and sliced, about 2 cups)
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- ½–¾ cup sugar, honey, or maple syrup (to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice (for serving)
- Optional: Peach slices, lemon rounds, or mint leaves for garnish
- Optional: Sparkling water or frozen berries
Instructions
- Peel and slice peaches. If needed, blanch them for 30 seconds to loosen skins.
- Blend peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain for a smoother texture (optional).
- Squeeze lemons to get ¾ cup juice, removing seeds.
- Stir lemon juice and sweetener into the peach puree. Add remaining 3 cups of water. Taste and adjust.
- Chill in the fridge and serve over ice. Garnish with lemon, peach, or mint if desired.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Easily customizable with herbs, berries, or a splash of sparkling water. Great for kids and adults alike!
