This Peach Lemonade is a sweet, tangy, and refreshing summer drink made with fresh peaches, lemons, and a touch of natural sweetener. Perfect for sipping on hot days or serving at your next backyard party.


Ingredients

  • 34 ripe peaches (peeled and sliced, about 2 cups)
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • ½¾ cup sugar, honey, or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice (for serving)
  • Optional: Peach slices, lemon rounds, or mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: Sparkling water or frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice peaches. If needed, blanch them for 30 seconds to loosen skins.
  2. Blend peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain for a smoother texture (optional).
  3. Squeeze lemons to get ¾ cup juice, removing seeds.
  4. Stir lemon juice and sweetener into the peach puree. Add remaining 3 cups of water. Taste and adjust.
  5. Chill in the fridge and serve over ice. Garnish with lemon, peach, or mint if desired.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Easily customizable with herbs, berries, or a splash of sparkling water. Great for kids and adults alike!
