Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra texture, use crunchy peanut butter. Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
