A delicious, baked version of the classic Philly Cheesesteak, packed with steak, onions, bell peppers, and gooey cheese, perfect for family dinners and meal prep.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak or ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thinly slice ribeye steak or cook ground beef until browned.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until soft.
- Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the cooked meat and veggies into a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream, then pour over the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a low-carb version, replace onions with scallions and use cauliflower rice instead of bread.
