  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll the Dough: Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut it into squares.
  3. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Puffs:
    • Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to the center of each square.
    • Place 2-3 raspberries on top of the filling.
    • Fold the pastry edges to create a pocket and seal tightly.
