- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Pinch of salt
- For the Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries, halved or sliced
- Fresh blueberries
- Optional: sprinkles or festive flags
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press about 1 tablespoon into each liner, pressing down firmly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, sour cream, and salt; mix until smooth (do not overbeat).
- Divide batter evenly among liners. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until centers are set but slightly jiggly. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Before serving, top each cheesecake with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries. Add sprinkles or flags for extra flair.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for a smooth batter. Don’t overmix to avoid cracks. Decorate just before serving for the freshest look. You can also freeze undecorated cheesecakes for longer storage.
