- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter for the topping.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a crunchy texture, add chopped peanuts or pretzels to the peanut butter base.
