Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3/4 lb sliced corned beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing seams.
  3. Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and lay it over the top, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
