A festive and delicious pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip, shaped like a Christmas tree—perfect for holiday gatherings!

- 1 loaf sourdough bread or Italian loaf
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw and drain frozen spinach completely.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Chop artichoke hearts and add them to the mixture along with spinach.
- Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Season with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
- Slice bread horizontally and vertically without cutting through the base.
- Spoon spinach artichoke filling into bread pockets.
- Arrange the bread in a Christmas tree shape on a baking sheet.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
