A festive and delicious pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip, shaped like a Christmas tree—perfect for holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread or Italian loaf
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw and drain frozen spinach completely.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Chop artichoke hearts and add them to the mixture along with spinach.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
  7. Slice bread horizontally and vertically without cutting through the base.
  8. Spoon spinach artichoke filling into bread pockets.
  9. Arrange the bread in a Christmas tree shape on a baking sheet.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving.
