Description

Fresh, fizzy, and the ultimate summer refresher! This Strawberry Mojito is bursting with juicy berries, fresh mint, zesty lime, and topped with bubbly soda water. It’s your go-to warm-weather drink, whether you’re by the pool or hosting friends.


Ingredients

  • 45 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 12 teaspoons sugar, honey, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Club soda or sparkling water, to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: extra mint and strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add sliced strawberries, lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar into a tall glass.
  2. Gently muddle to release flavors (don’t over-muddle the mint).
  3. Pour in the white rum and fill the glass ¾ full with ice.
  4. Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with extra strawberry, lime wedge, and mint sprig. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet strawberries for best flavor. For a mocktail, skip the rum and use flavored sparkling water. Great for batching and parties!
