Ingredients

- 4–5 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar, honey, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 oz white rum
- Club soda or sparkling water, to top
- Ice cubes
- Optional: extra mint and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Add sliced strawberries, lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar into a tall glass.
- Gently muddle to release flavors (don’t over-muddle the mint).
- Pour in the white rum and fill the glass ¾ full with ice.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with extra strawberry, lime wedge, and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe, sweet strawberries for best flavor. For a mocktail, skip the rum and use flavored sparkling water. Great for batching and parties!
