- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the banana slices and mix gently to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let the banana chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, slice bananas as thinly as possible and allow them to cool completely after air frying. Adjust sugar and cinnamon to taste!
