Description

Sweet Cinnamon Air Fryer Banana Chips are a healthy, crispy snack that is easy to make. With minimal oil and maximum crunch, these chips are a delicious alternative to deep-fried snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the banana slices and mix gently to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Let the banana chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, slice bananas as thinly as possible and allow them to cool completely after air frying. Adjust sugar and cinnamon to taste!
