Description
Light, floral, and oh-so-refreshing — this White Peach Sangria is summer’s signature sip. Made with juicy white peaches, citrus, white wine, and a splash of fizz, it’s an easy, elegant drink for any sunny gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 ripe white peaches, sliced
- 1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Albariño)
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps (or triple sec or elderflower liqueur)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries (optional)
- 1 cup chilled club soda or sparkling water (for serving)
- Optional: fresh mint or basil, a splash of brandy or vodka
Instructions
- Add sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and berries to a large pitcher.
- Pour in white wine, schnapps, and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally 4–6 hours.
- Just before serving, top with chilled club soda or sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with peach slices or mint.
Notes
Use ripe, juicy fruit for the best flavor. Chill all ingredients before mixing. For a non-alcoholic version, use white grape juice and skip the schnapps. Sangria keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days (add bubbles last!).
